We are an intentionally intimate studio with space limited to 10 people per-class.
Please sign up ahead of time to secure your mat.
The Yoga Post opens 15 min prior to class starting
There is a 12 hour cancellation policy
Our practice space is phone free
We expect that
You arrive with enough time to set up your practice space and be on your mat by start of class.
If you are sick, have open wounds, fungal infections, or other ailments please STAY HOME.
Use the space and practice with respect for yourself and others.
You stay until the end of class.
You can expect
Class will start and end on time.
A clean, neutral, and safe practice space.
All TYP teachers will teach the format scheduled.
Mats, blocks, and other rad props to be clean and ready to use if needed.
