The Yoga Post is a vinyasa-style studio. In Sanskrit, vinyasa means
“to place in a special way.”
Our mission is to bring the magic of retreats and the calm of spa days into your everyday. The Yoga Post primarily focuses on the balance between yoga philosophy and the physical practice (asanas). TYP’s slightly rebellious method includes variety of movements based in yoga, backed by science, and thoughtfully designed to be inclusive, sustainable and fun.

TYP ANCHOR
Anchor is our foundational flow, perfect for studio newbies and TYP ventrans. Experience our innovative approach to yoga in 60min. All TYP classes strive to increase mobility and strength and reduce pain. Anchor gives you a foundation to bring into other classes and activities.

TYP CLASSIC
TYP Classic vinyasa flow is perfect for someone who needs to build strength and calm. Even though each teacher brings their own flair to our 60min and 45min class. TYP Classic stays true to our 3 Phases. A 5 min meditation at the end helps you cultivate energy and find your chill.

TYP POWER
Our Power flow will light you up! Are feeling sluggish and need a push? Perhaps you have some physical or emotional fidgets that you want to burn? This is the class for you. In 60min or 45min you will explore freedom within form and reconnect to YOUR power. Weights are always optional.

TYP Slow pulls you out of the burn and churn and plugs you right into a parasympathetic place. Restore your mind and body and feel ready to rest and digest at anytime of day. Come back to your mental and physical center in either 60min or 75min sessions.
